🔔The room accommodates only one group at a time (no sharing with other travelers), suitable for 1–4 guests, the room rate rules:
**TWD$800 off: SINGLE PERSON
**TWD$500 off: 2-PERSONS
**TWD$200 off: 3-PERSONS

**The bunk bed is more suitable for guests weighing under 75 kg and shorter than 180 cm. For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not allowed to stay.
**Non-Smoking Room.
**There’s NO television in the room.
**The room is at 3 floor. (There is no elevator)
**Since the private bathroom is located outside the room, please finish showering by 11:00 PM at the latest. Also, kindly keep your movements and noise to a minimum when entering or exiting the room and bathroom to avoid disturbing other guests.

Things to note

  1. There is no elevator or ocean-view room available.
  2. Check-in from PM15:00 to PM21:00, and check-out before AM11:00.
  3. The room rates does NOT include breakfast because there’re so many yummy food in Tainan, and we’ll provide the tourist map and introduce the must-eat for you.
  4. Please bring your toothbrushes, toothpastes, combs and shavers for environmental consideration.
  5. Room Max Occupancy: 4 persons
    – Extra Bed: Not Available
  6. Please lower voices at night or in the morning, so that every partner can have a nice sleep. And please keep the public area clean for yourself and other partners.
  7. No Smoking Indoor.
  8. Reservation deposit (30% of the total price) should be paid by the next day of the booking day, after the due day means that the guest is willing to pass the room to other guests.
    – We accept credit card payment via PayPal, please provide your email to receive the payment invoice. And the balance due should includes “70% of the total price” and “PayPal handling fee (6% of deposit amount)”, and can be paid in cash only upon check-in.
  9. Please show your passport for registration upon check-in.
  10. Cancellation Policy:
    100% refunds minus all transfer charges if cancellations made 14 days and more prior to check-in (local time).
    70% refunds minus all transfer charges if cancellations made 10~13 days prior to check-in (local time).
    50% refunds minus all transfer charges if cancellations made 7~9 days prior to check-in (local time).
    40% refunds minus all transfer charges if cancellations made 4~6 days prior to check-in (local time).
    30% refunds minus all transfer charges if cancellations made 2~3 days prior to chek-in (local time)
    20% refunds minus all transfer charges if cancellations made 1 day prior to check-in (local time).
    No refunds for NO-SHOWS and cancellations made on the check-in day.
